The Interchange Vanuatu U19 Men’s Team is supported through Vanuatu Cricket’s ongoing partnership with Interchange.
Half of the players selected in the squad have progressed through the Interchange Cricket Academy, moving from the development program into national U19 representation.
The Academy was established to support the development of young cricketers and provide a pathway towards representative cricket, with the selection of these players demonstrating that pathway in practice.
Chairman of the Interchange Board, James Willie, said:
“For Interchange as a partner, it marks a significant milestone to see the progression from academy development to national representation. ICL is proud of the young participants who have shown dedication, resilience, and commitment to the program. These positive results only reaffirm ICLs commitment as partners to the program”

It's fantastic to see the Interchange Vanuatu U19 squad named and ready for the ICC EAP Division 2 Qualifier right there in Port Vila! The success of the Interchange Cricket Academy, with half the players coming through its pathway, really shows the impact of dedicated youth development. This tournament will be a huge test for them, but with the right mindset and focus, these young athletes can achieve great things, even if some of them also enjoy playing unblocked games 66 in their downtime. Good luck to the team! 💪
